Since it appears to be Cthulhu Day on the House of Lords, I'll post a simple thing which however once made me laugh out loud.

which, what I've discoved some time later to me suprise, appeares to be the first part of a whole Hello Cthulhu Comics.
It's hard not to appreciate the touching holiday greetings coming from the Great Old One himself.

 

I've played Pokethulhu. It's a total scream. Admittedly it was mostly to get all that poke-crap out of my system after being forced to watch about five of the movies in a row by a kid I was babysitting, but it was sooooo much fun.

I felt that Platinum had the most intense storyline. Obliterating the universe indeed. I remember when Red and Blue came out and all you had to do was clean up small-time crooks who wanted to rob a bank or some such.

Damnit, I need to start reading Cthulhu again I think it's been nearly a decade...

Funny thread I read once involved rabid fans writing "Conan pwns cthulu", pulling imaginary letters between REH and Lovecraft out of their ass. Idiots.

On another note, if anyone still plays muds/interactive fiction there used to be a decent one over on www.cthulhu-mud.org. That was a while ago, though, I'm too lazy to check if it's still active.
