    You can't just remove the symbols you don't know what to do with Matt. You need to derive the derivatives. That's the numbers marked with a '.
    Also you need to calculate the probabilities marked by |.
    In which case you get a seriously malformed expression. Oh and I see you've inserted a begin-parenthesis which was not there in the original expression.

    I think it's WA that needs a school for kids who don't know math well enough.
