Yes it is, you're just not trying hard enough.

 

I start the game and the same piece cycles over and over and over again because there is no bottom to stop the piece from moving back to the top. What am I missing?

rightclick on flash -> settings -> folder icon -> slider maximally to the left -> ok -> close -> refresh

 

I found out in the end that you could just use an in private browsing window, it achieves the same effect.
