Which things increase Technological Aptitude?

Is there something else beside learning Tech Disciplines that can increase the Tech Aptitude?
Maybe some items: some weapon, shield or armor?

 

As far as I'm aware only being a Dwarf, the Magick Allergy background and locations like train stations offer bonuses (only temporary in terms of locations) - no items do unfortunately.

 

You probably meant the tech skills as well when you wrote disciplines, but just in case it's worth mentioning that each of those (repair, firearms, lock picking, disarm traps) also increase tech aptitude. I didn't know this at first and was very surprised when an early mage of mine had neutral aptitude after becoming an expert burglar.
