    I talk to the gnome who tells me to meet him at city hall in an hour. He walk off, I follow him until he disappears into a subway station. I've scoured Tarant and could tell you where avery shop and residence in the city is, but I can't find the bloody city hall!

    Upper right, near the university. If you have been to the hall of records or joined the theive's guild, you have been there.
