    I know he is supposed to be in his home at regular times, but when? is it possible to find him between those dates?

    Franklin Payne is found in his Blackroot house after finding out that Nasrudin is on Thanatos, but before you go there. IMO, he has the best voice actor in the game, and has lots of great dialogue. "Vendigroth Wastes... can't say I've been more scared in my entire life... stupendous!"

    His "battle stories" are hilarious too. Hardly a funnier character in Arcanum can I recall.
