    is there a trigger for him to appear? I already at the Victor Misk main quest

    His appearance in Black Root is triggered by a certain stage of the main plot. That stage being

    having to go to Thanatos
    Once triggered, he will be available in his residence (position #20 on this map).

    thanks Muro, just one more thing, my followers used to pick up items that has been dropped, theres a moment that one of my followers picked up a Mace.. everytime i get this mace to throw up in the trash it always come back/ duplicated when i put it in my inventory. Is this mace an item w/ bad data?

    Isn't it that mace from the Boil? It was fixed in the UAP. You can't do anything about it now, though.
