    Go to the official Arcanum page (www.arcanum1.com) and then the download section, the windows theme pack should be there.

    Let's think about that one...No. Except maybe at those Windows theme download sites - I don't know any though.

    It's in Polish but don't worry, just scroll down and theme-pack link will be there even lalbelled in English. You may be unable to dl it if there will be many people downloading at the same time, if you use IE it'll notify you. If this happens just try later on, this link works for sure, it's where I downloaded Arcanum theme from.
