well... You can't! Not many people, not even ol' Teach will take you there through the jagged rocks more than once! Have you got a kathorn crystal? With a kathorn crystal, you can ask the dude who makes spectacles in the docks to custom make you one. You can find the kathorn crystal back at the black mountain mines.
And by the way, you should carry 1000 coins with you (in addition to the kathorn crytal) in order to pay the glasses-builder. X
well... And kill the greedy bastard after he gave you the glasses! Loot all yer money back! Find yer money in the barrel or chest where he kept his spectacles!

Just go exploring and try to do more sidequests. Check sewers and dungeons. kathorn crystals are not really uncommon.
