    I have searched the Dredge a million times with no sign of the clan leader. Can anyone tell me where he is? (Yes I know how to do the charisma method). I need a way for non-charisma characters to solve this part of the main quest.

    There is a large room in the Dredge with abandoned machinery and dead monsters. Look for a passage there. Through the passage you will find Loghaire.
