    If your talking about changed versions of the actual game, these are the 2 best (english) ones.

    - Polished Carcanum
    - A: WIP

    If you mean separate modules, then there are a whole bunch

    - Make sure you've at least tried Vormantown (it's good)
    - any troika-made modules
    - if i remember correctly, doomsday is also pretty good
