were can i find the crystal ball in tarant

i am almost done in cleaning up my quest log from quests but one still remains, were can i steal the crystal ball in tarant i cant seem to find the person who has the crystal ball....any clues

 

a gypsy has it her house is adjecent to madam lills establishment

when she askes you who you want to side with.. side with her, not the lady who asked you to steal the ball.

the theif one is a fake, the one w/ the ball is a real gypsie. so if you help her (she'll give you the ball, you bring back and it kills the wannabe theif) she'll give you a blessing (+ cha i think) if you steal it or kill her... she curse you.

yes but it's not really temporary, it is just a stat brought up synteticly

 

Such a shame. You will also get +5 in your reaction modifier.

 

I Beleive the Reaction bonus is from solving the quest concerning the spirits at the crash site. If you retreive the artifact the priest will bless you with a reaction bonus. It seems unlikely, to me, that two quests would reward you with a reaction bonus.

Of course I could be mistaken.
