    Yesterday, when Baltazar (my half-ogre) was strolling in Blackroot in a desperate attempt to find the thieves that had stolen the mayors ceremonial dagger, he encountered, I think they were three, wee halfling wizards. The wizards said that I should find the one of them who was south of Blackroot. I couldn't find that one. Were is he?

    Head to Blackroot's mayor's mansion. Stop at the front of it. Then head NE and very soon you'll see the coastline. Follow it E and within 30 seconds you'll find the first halfing wizard.

    Beware though... it's a side quest related to intelligence. Your half-ogre probably won't have the required stat and the result could be fatal...
