A run-on sentence is the first thing in the paragraph I quoted.
The whole, "We have this and this and this and this and this..." etc.
The "faculties" thing could mean they have eight seperate teams of professors, deans, and teacher's aides. It makes sense for the massive amount of students (there are more studentslearning at that school than there are people living in my town).

However, the way this particular thought is worded, it leads me to but one conclusion; Segregation.

 

Yeah, you guys should see how "much" space there is over there.
