I remember now the name of this cartoon, it is Beverly Hills Teens.

Yes, it was on the television in the year 1980, but I think it was not in some countries. Did you know that it original came from Japan?

    Can anyone remember Robotech?

That explains why the last book pissed me off so much! I read the entire series, and when the last book came around it was like it was building up to a massive, series ending climax and then nothing. I was blue-balled by science fiction. How the hell are you supposed to get any joy out of a sudden, ineffectual climax that nullifies all the work that went in to saving the universe from the newest version of the Hitchhiker's Guide? It's not the fucking Sopranos!
Oh, and yes I remember Robotech. I didn't like it as much as I liked gundam, mind you, but it was pretty good when the giant aliens shrank themselves and put on dresses because they had no idea what the relevant fashions were for human males.

*Hand in the air* Right here.
One of the few anime cartoons I like. Especially the Minmay (sp?) bathing scene.....

Anime Rule #17- Law of Transient Romantic Unreliability- Minimei is a bimbo. (Note: The
Minority Opposition in Ohio disagrees and thinks all men who like this stuff needs
    to get out more.)

To be fair, Eoin Colfer isn't that bad. But it may just be our similar comedic style of writing ridiculous concepts as full on, straight-faced action novels.

Eoin Colfer shoulda stuck with his goddamn techno-fairies. Those books were actually quite fun. He should NEVER have been allowed into the Universe of the Guide. End of story.

I like this anime cartoon as well.

Oh...yes, I shall never forget, how I got up very early (Must be in the early 80’s) to watch this (one of my favorites) cartoon and saw this bathing scene on Sky Channel then...Yummy.

I don't know if this was in that cartoon (Sorry, but I can't remember every episode.), but there was this episode where those aliens asked the heroes having sex with each other. Also, the aliens did not knew that it was wrong between two men.

Yes, I really like those grumpy old men, and the Swedish chef.

It's time to play the music, it's time to light the lights, it's time to get things started on the Muppet Show tonight! *dances*

I LOVE the Muppets. I still stay up late weekends to watch the 2-am Muppet Marathons on Austar. Miss Piggy had quite an interesting effect on my psyche as a kid... And Beaker taught me to never take up Mad Science as a career. Supplying mad scientists, on the other hand...

Ah. It seems that I forgot to place a quoting marks behind also. So, it should be:

    Also,
Actually, I can't remember what one of the heroes said to the others anymore.

Har har har. I meant more along the lines of her showing me that I didn't have to take shit from anyone, but then again it might explain my love of martial arts...

You all know the cartoon series of Dungeons and Dragons, right. Now the thing is that I never quite understood what the underlying motives of the DM was. Did he gave them these specific classes, because of their personalities or was it something deeper? A class that fits their conscience or heart?

    Three reasons:
    1) Their personalities.
    2) It covered the most commonly-used classes in the game.
    3) It was in the script.
