Dragoon, I got your PM, and I think I'll be able to do the stuff you asked for. It might take me a while, because I'll have to learn some new (to me) techniques. It's cool, though, that's the main reason I'm doing this.

The thing that would help me out the most would be if you could provide me a link to the original dragon pic on the lefthand side of your sig. Or if you could post it here or e-mail it to me. Then I could just make a new background and add the effects you PMed me about. Then I can resize and add the dragon to it.

Zen, I'm still thinking of things to do with yours. Right now I'm messing around with a stone or marble background with the familiar pic "chiseled" into it, along with some chiseled in text that reads: "Zen and the art of summoning". I have to experiment with this one also, because I'm learning new techniques as I go along.

Um, what else... Jarinor, I updated the sig I made for you. You can find it a little farther up the page. I cropped out some of the empty black space around the text.

To anyone else that I might've forgotten, I'll be checking back through the thread to make sure I get to everyone. Be patient and check back for additions.

Also, I'll probably be posting up some random pics or banners as I try out new things. These'll be up for grabs. If you like them, then post a reply and I'll tack your name onto 'em.

EDIT - Never mind about that pic, Dragoon. I think I've found the exact same one on Google Image Search.

I made my sig from a stationary I found on one site. It already had those dragons on it, I just shrunk it and added my text so I can't send you dragons themselves. Perhaps I'll try to cut them out. I'll notify you if I succeeded.

 

Ok Dragoon. I found a pic almost exactly like the dragons on Google Image Search, though. The only difference is that it has three dragons rather than two. If you could link me to that page with the stationary, that'd be cool. Maybe I could use some of those.

Ring Lord, I checked out some of those Lord of the Ring posters at that site. I couldn't make any of them look right. So I used Googled for something else. Here's what I came up with:

The picture didn`t load for me at the moment, so I posted "you came up with nothing?"! I never mentioned Dragoon or anything else that could possibly be misread in the way that you obviously did!

HAHA! Gotcha'! And there`s no way you can squirm out of this one!

Don`t toss around those accusations of not reading posts thurough enough before you`ve taken a look at yourself! :wink:

Milo I know it's christmas and everybody around is so bloody cheerful and I don't want to bother you with my rambling but are you perchance working on my sig pic or did you give up?

 

Sorry for the delay, Dragoon (and Zen). I have sort of put your sigs on the back burner for awhile, though I haven't given up. The reason being I'm still not very good at photoshop and I'm kind of stumped at the moment as to how to make the changes that you wanted. And right now, I don't have as much time as I'd like to learn how to.

As for Zen's, I'm still a little lacking in the creativity, and I'm not sure what do with the "Familiar" pic. I could just tack it on a background and add his name to it, but... I'd rather put it off until I learn a little more about the program and then do something nice with it.

So, again sorry for the delay. I'm going to keep you guys' sigs in mind, and once I've learned a few more techniques I'll see what I can do.
