    I just ratted out Bates to the press, and someone mentioned to me that i should look for a W. Thomas Moreau, and buy Bate's old mansion from him. But I cant seem to find Moreau. Could someone tell me where he is?

    The man selling Gates' house is.... From Gates Mansion Gates, go up. Follow the road. Eventually, you'll find a guy standing on the sidewalk outside the Museum? I think. He sells the house for about 100,000 coin. If you DON'T have the coin on you when you ask, you can never get the option to buy the house from him again..... Well, at least I couldn't. Although, that was pre-patch.

    Not sure if a high Haggle skill will lower the price or anything.
