Virgil's MA?

Give Virgil all tech items and you will see that his MA is decreased

You're wrong. You might increase his chance of critical failure but that's about it. If his MA is decreased he either put another point in lockpick or you walked through the Great Tech Zone in Tarant.

Ok, but try to play again and watch virgils MA on every level upgrade he made.

You are very wrong on this issue; tech items do not change Virgil's or anyone else's MA. Do you know, out of curiosity, where the Magick/ Tech meter is? It is NOT the same as "aptitude adjustment for critical failure". There is simply no item which works in the way you describe. If you remain convinced of your position you will have to offer additional proof, perhaps in the form of screenshots or some game file which states that tech items give, for instance, "techpts +3" or some such. If you do not WISH to give additional proof, your argument will be considered an "ill-informed misunderstanding".

 

No proof...discusion over.

 

There are some few items that give you MA(the dark helm comes to mind) but NOTHING gives TA.
