Nope this ain't no bug.

 

Evil people are selish. Selfish people get less help from others. Tulla mages are good. The city itself is a bastion of good. They will only help the good. Teaching you mastery is help. You've been bad. You pay for all those murders of innocents. It's called consequences of your actions.

 

Being evil is more fun, but IMO it doesn't have as many benefits.

No really, I live in Prague, so I speak some Czech and a little Slovak. To be honest, I used my Czech girlfriend to help me with those insults. She speaks five Slavic languages, in addition to German and English. Useful at times.

 

Prague is a cool city.
I've been there once and I love Czech beer.
