    Exactly. The damn laws need to be changed to eliminate frivolous lawsuits. Like the woman who spilled coffee on herself at McDonalds...does anyone else think that was atrocious?

    Strangely appropriate for the frivolous lawsuit issue, since that's exactly what's on people's minds when they do things like that.

    Yeah, then there's the lady who sued Nintendo because her son played it for over 12 hours striaght and had a seizure. And the lady who ate alot of McDonald's and got fat, then she sued Mcdonald's. If that isn't stupid, what is?

    Luckily indeed. Speaking of fat women, no other country has the obesity rate the United States has. 60% of Americans are obese, and 31% of the whole are morbidly obese.

    Polystyrene coffee cups now have "CAUTION: HOT COFFEE" embossed on the side, and there's always my favourite, on Superman/Batman capes: "Wearing this cape does not allow the user to fly." :)

    Actually a link in a Polish article regarding that issue led me to that site. Besides you should use your common sense. How could you possibly associate anyone from T-A Staff with liberty ideas? We all have dictatorship in our blood.
