Used lvl 50 cap fix but not working....

Can anyone give me info to help? I'm lvl 49 and all I have to do is open a book to hit lvl 50. I installed the zip to the correct directory (as far as I can tell anyway. :smile:

 

Make sure you are using the correct hack for the correct version. There are seperate ones for each version.

 

Ya, using the 1074 one and have that patch. You don't have to start from lvl 1 with this do you? I only put the hack in right before I hit 50.

Okay, I'm really going to be showing my ass here, but as I was trying to get the patch to work I came across ANOTHER Arcanum directory. Somewhere along the road I must have installed it twice for some reason and selected just the directory Arcanum for the new one and I kept applying the patch for the older install. DOH!! (8(o)

I have a question too . Still using the 1070 game , but after installing the 1074 version , Arcanum goes ' please insert disk ' . any advice ?

 

try getting a nocd crack

 

I don't believe a No Cd crack for 1074 Arcanum exists...I could be wrong though...
