Since Arcanum Edit was written in 2001 and hasn't been updated since (to my knowledge), I was a bit concerned about using it on my fully patched install of Arcanum. Is it compatible with the final UAP, as far as you know? I know the editor modifies savegames, but I have zero knowledge of how modular those savegame files are, so I have no idea how intrusive this editor actually is. It appears to have worked flawlessly, in that I am able to continue playing my game after editing my character. But if doing so is going to remove any of Drog's fixes, then it isn't worth it.
No, it won't break your saves. I've used it on numerous occasions. In worst case, if you really fear it might break your saves, back them up before modifying them.
