Trouble with Halcyon's Altar

I downloaded this .rar file a couple weeks ago but couldn't open it. Any suggestions?

Next, do you know what the name of the armor is that has a script that interferes with the altar?

If it's armor from the pass maybe I do have a saved game to go back to and get it.

 

I can help you with the first one. You need Winrar to unpack it.
Here's a trial version that actually keep on working after the trial period expires.
You just have to kill the registration pop-up everytime.

Thanks. I'm looking into the new files to see what's changed. So far I've only seen "meet and greet" cosmetic changes in Weldo, Mr. Plough, and Master of Spot Traps. I'll search for some web or text file that might have the changes.

Also one of these fixes might not be compatible with machined plate modification since don't they both use effect.mes?

 

I've had the pleasure of adding some of your files from the Bug Fix Patch, such as for the hypnosis "elixr". I've gone through most of the dialog files line by line and I have a couple questions about files I didn't see any.

Please tell me what if anything was fixed in these files from the Bug-fix:
