Transferring Item

    How do you transfer an item from a NPC to a PC? When you put in the result, it says "transfer item with name index 1 from NPC to PC". In my case, you get a medallion of beauty when you complete the quest, along with that, you get 500 gold. I am using Zammy's Dialogue Editor. And I just don't know how to do it.
