So, I was going to get Torian Kel, but one of the tattered bow men outside the room he's in managed to shoot through the door and kill him. I don't have any previous saves, or I do, but they're really too far back... Anyway, resurect didn't seem to work on him, so basically, is there any way to bring him back to life? And I mean ANY way, if I need to hexedit my save, that's ok...
I don't know of any way at all. Sorry. But, seriously, how unlucky can one actually get? I mean, how big are the chances of something like that happening, ever? One time out of a million?
Yeah, it's what I'd call a rather crappy situation, I believe that if I canreturn to his skeleton with the dragon pool blood and pour it on him before he dissappears I can still get the xp, but I'd need to find a way to teleport to a location I don't know about... :/
I'm sorry I have to crack this to you, but you're screwed. I'd suggest you restart if you want him, but I haven't got the hearth to do so. So you just fight on, even if you're screwed!
Hehe, I believe it can be done by changing he teleport spell to act more like the the script for walking.... I hope
Why go through all that shit just to get Kel? Why not just.. replay, or load an older save file? Gaining levels isn't hard at all, and quests... They're not hard to complete either.
Very good Idea, I'll try edit: No, it seems(sp?) even the undead have grave pain when dead. edit2: Can the dialouge script be copied to also work when he is dead or would that require editing the module so that I'd have to restart anyway?
If you make minor changes to a dialogue file and a script file which already exist in the game you should be able to continue playing. It is mainly when you delete or move existing items or critters that the saves will become unusable. So yes, you can alter the dialogue so that the location will be marked on your map.
