Well I just wanted to ask all of you if anybody knows that if there is a chance of remaking of Troika or sth?

And If sbdy knows what Tim Cain has in mind about game developing, is there any chance at all of making a similar game studio, and maybe creating more RPGs Arcanum like?

I'm asking this because i just finished Arcanum for the 5th time, and this time I completed all the quests... so nothin's left to play...

Finally, I wanna know what's going on with Fallout3...

(Never played Fallout(couldn't find a copy, and there aren't any in stores anymore) but finished Fallout 2 many times...)

Troika is dead  I think there's now no chance it will rebirth. Only if Bill Gates will give them enough money, there would be some hope. But he will not give money cause he knows, who is "Gilbert Bates".

i know all the depressive facts... i just hoped you would give me some hope of a better tomorrow... and sequels of my favourite games...

i know that the whole subject is already seen and talked about for hundreds of times...

    but hope still remains... :)

Vodka is not for strong, vodka is for average. Maybe it's so only in Russia. For strong we have etil (100% vodka, not 40% or 50%) vodka with liquified nitrogen, vodka with benzin. :drunk:

I remember when our School Captain went to Russia to look at the Space Program - or something. Something sciency.

She came back and refused to drink anything that wasn't about 200% proof. It was so funny, she was sloshed beyond all belief during our final assembly.

Thanks, guys, for remembering something for which Russia is famous :) .
When our English supervisor told me that when British invites a person for a cup of tea, he gives him only a cup of tea, I was like :-o . In my wild country inviting on a cup of tea means 10 sandwiches, cake, soup, meat, some alcohol, oh, and 2 cups of tea. :) It may be considered unlogical, but it's inviting on a cup of tea

Everyone here wants, but our only Arcanum entertainment are fan-made mods.

Well, can't those people who knows how to script and such just make a fan-made sequel and we'll all be happy?

I think it would be much easier with a brand new worlded & scripted. Plus, you don't need to own a copy of Arcanum to play with it.

I'm looking forward to seeing what people here can do, but I agree with Frigo that it could be slightly easier to make everything from the start than to mod with such old engine.
On the other hand I don't want anything about the interface to change so I am in no position to give advice.
Frigo, do you know if this mod is nearly completed or will we have to wait for it a bit more?
