    In Fallout you only had a certain amount of days before completing some quests.
    (Like the water chip)

    Is there anything like that in Arcanum?

    I don't know of any. I know you have to wait 15 minutes of Arcanum time in order to get the enchanted sword from Lloyd. But this was after you completed his quest.
