First of all there is no way to allocate the skill of your followers but the most stupid thing is the fact that once you reach level 50 no one gets any more experience points for combat. Either you let your fav followers level to the max first or they will never reach level 50 because once you get to lv 50 there is no more experience to be gained!! That really sucks.
I understand what they are saying... and fully understand that the cap of lv 50 is so you really have to make a choice when building up a character. What I cannot agree with is the fact that once you reach lv 50 none of your followers are able to get anymore experience. You are forced to promote your fav followers b4 yourself inorder for them to ever reach lv 50 that's what sucks.
its the game heh you can get all the followers befor the main char gets to the level they are at ... in order.. i mean when i hit 40 w/ haraja , everyone in my group hit 40.. i just timed it well (except chukka, cause i did a lot of side quests before following the main quest to that part.. all the tarant and ashbury and derholm ones) but think it throught at time it out.. second time /third time you play.. it works out fine. If not i know of hacks so you can delevel your guy, just look for that (i don't like that idea.. but i guess deleveling is better then leveling all your followers). heh its managable
