    Anyway, I'll explain the US 'jailbait' laws further: The specific age varies from state to state, but on average, it's fairly similar to the system in Washington, my home state. In Washington, a girl of 16 can choose to have sex with a guy within 4 years of her age without requiring parental consent. Arkansas, Missouri, and South Carolina all bare the distinction of'ving 14 as the age for this law. I can't even make a redneck joke off that, it'sn't even worth it. Oh, and New York and Colorado're both 15, something I actually didn't know. The advantage to the Olsen Twins' being 18 is that they're suddenly legal for everyone *over* 18.

    You missed Pennsylvania.
    The age of consent here is also 14, but you need parental permission. Now, I don't know what parents are going to give the OK on that one, but it's the law.

    Who cares about the age of consent? It's not like anybody here will ever have sex anyway. Child porn laws are what matters. When somebody turn 18, she can make porn, and we can watch it without being gang-raped in prison.

    The ages that I provided I are the ages at which they no longer require parental consent. However, most of those've a 'four-year' law, meaning that the person their with cannot be older than either 18 (in the areas where it's 14) or 20 (when it's 16). Thank God I live on the Liberal West Coast. ^__^

    Actually, gas around here is at ~3.50 a gallon. Personally I pay a lot less for gas because I use my dad's commericial account, which is wholesale price. ^__^
