Okay, where is aprentice Pick pocketting taught?

 

Vollinger, who hangs out in the pub in Dernholm, can teach you Pickpocketing.

 

I went to the pub in Dernholm. No Vollinger. No one is even willing to talk to me ebnough to get a dialog box except for the innkeeper and barkeep.

 

Vollinger is the stupid gun-weilding gnome in front of the bar.

 

It's okay folks, I found out that the guy who gives out theive's jobs rumors in Tarant will teach me. The little gunslinger is either dead or not talking to me. Thanks for the advice though. I'll keep it in mind if I'm ever looking earlier in the game.
