Definitely the Nicholson pic and "No Hole is Sacred". Zanza has done well to define his personality in the House.

I vote for Zanza/Nicholson as well, I could go either way on the title, but I think that making it involve Xiao's glorious removal is important.

Cropping is always a bitch for large pictures, as you have to make it small enough to be an avatar but keep the important details (hat, face, and pointing hand in this case). Here's my best shot with MSPaint as my old photoshop crack is borked:

I welcome anyone with better jpeg-fu to take a crack at it, as my crop looks a little grainy. I was shooting for around 120x120 pixels.

Personally, I'd rather not be fucking reminded of Xiao_Caity or that particular post that is credited with her deminse. I found it tastetless (and it's been said before) and rude in the extreme to be honest - and i doubt I'm the only one.

Atleast the Nicholson pic and "No hole is sacred" has other implications as well.

Some exemplary captions with less grain:

Would it be possible to use some Photoshop magic to move the hand up a bit? I like the lower caption better but the painting loses some of its charm without the pointing finger.

I like the Buddy Quaker Oats Guy avatar. What's the caption?

YOU THINK YOU'RE BETTER THAN ME MURO????

    Because, well, they are better.

    STILL

I prefer the larger one with the hand (without the weird frankenstein hand cropping).

    Good work Muro.

So... my vote is for Muro's latest creation and "No hole is sacred".

"No Hole is Sacred" seems to go along with it just fine.

Is it that unnatural? The posture seems like something that can be performed without discomfort to me. Compared to the non-edited picture, the upper arm is in the same position while the forearm is simply situated vertically rather than horizontally.

If Zanza is Australian, shouldn't the hat have corks hanging down from the brim?

I'm glad you mention ethnicity, Smuel.

Enlighten the house, if you would: Is it not true that you are, in fact, an Englishman?!

Firstly, I didn't mention ethnicity, I mentioned nationality.

Secondly, what does my being or not being an Englishman have to do with Zanza's jaunty hat?

Corks hanging from the rim, and the word "wizzard" stitched to it? Smuel doesn't have to be a Sassenach, he could simply be a Pratchett fan.

Firstly, Smuel, you imply that being Australian is part of Zanza's personality, and you suggest he should wear a culturally specific hat. This indicates not merely nationality, but ethnicity also.

Secondly, do you admit to being an Englishman, sir?!!

After taking a closer look, I noticed that there was indeed something wrong. The angle of the sleeve suggested a rather bizarre position of the forearm, with it going to the left starting from the hand. I corrected some pixels around the sleeve and now the forearm goes slightly to the right starting from the hand, which should be anatomically correct:
