The 'x' to close a window in MS....

    Why oh why is that little 'x' that you click to close a window RIGHT NEXT to the maximize button in the top right corner? Why couldn't Microsoft leave it over on the top left corner where it belongs. FAR FAR AWAY from anything else that I might want to click. That way, I wouldn't click on it accidentally.

    And don't you go looking at me like that.... I know you've ALL accidentally clicked on it at times as well.....

    Alt-F4 just does what the 'x' does.... I don't want that... What I want is to click on the button to maximise WITHOUT running the risk of closing the window I want to maximise by accidentally clicking on the 'x'.

    Just double-click on the window title to maximize. Geeze, some people... :smile:
