The Skull of the siamese brother

In Tarant there is a quest to find a skulll....well....im already at Qintarra and i still didn't finish this damm quest!!!can someone help?

 

onder: you can find it in a warehouse by the docks in Tarant near the building where you get the missions for the Thievs Underground
if you want more detail, just ask :/

I was being serious. Two people can give you the skulls quest. If you do them in the correct order, you can solve both.

anyway, how can you do them out of order onder:
that must be a rookie mistake cause i don't remember ever doing them out of order :/

It's sarcasm.....and i got the quest from the guy at the gentleman club....and i wanna know where to find the skulll...not the quest

We didn't hate him; we just played with him for a while. As idiotic noobs go he wasn't even that bad.

I am rather surprised people are still talking about him though. I can think of at least four others here we'd do better to gang up on.
