    That's absolutely right, Snowmane!

I may make a lot of you unhappy with me, but I personnally like Bush and I think he has done a lot better job than Kerry could ever possibly do. Based on his record, if Kerry gets in there, he's likely to really screw things up. Bush may not be a great public speaker, but he's a pretty good leader for our times. At least he's an honest man, unlike our previous president. I guess I'd rather have someone who makes honest mistakes in his speeches and is truly honest than someone who gives polished speeshes and is a liar and a cheat that you never know whether you can trust about anything.

Bush is one of the least honest presidents to ever lose the popular vote.
Bush has done a lot of lying about reasons for various foreign policy issues.
His campaign platform and his actions are almost completely opposite.
Watch the Daily Show Bush (president) vs Bush (governor) debate.
    http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/video/bushbush.php
Bush is not an honest guy.

Now, on to agreeing that people should vote:
Voting is a very important right. Even when it is merely chosing the lesser of two evils.
Oh, and it is also very important to vote in the primaries, so that the choices will be better.

Where I live, voting is compulsory for those who are able to do so. If you don't vote, you have to pay a fine.

The problem is, it is also very important to know what you are voting for.
Compulsory voting means people who don't care at all what happens and don't know what is going on politically at all screw things up.

Well, you can always vote blank...
Still, it is a way to make people take up their responsibilities.
I don't remember how much the fine's worth, but it varies anyway.

    The Daily Show?

Icairus, your stock just dropped with me. I mean, I knew you were a liberal, and that's fine, I don't automatically dismiss someone for their opinions or views, but before, you just seemed more...... intelligent than that. You, like Kerry, have basically dry-heaved in your post. You spewed rhetoric, but no fact.

But before we get into that, answer me this. (since nobody bothered to reply to my earlier post) What has Kerry done in his several years of "serving" in the U.S. Senate? Why do you allow him to play to his lap-dog, the mass media, and get away with it, whereas you would castrate Bush for doing so? Why were news media threatened with lawsuits if they dared promote, or even mention this new book, "Unfit to Serve" by Swift boat veterans? Where is the outcry? Meanwhile, had Bush threatened to sue over this "Farenheit 911" bullshit, he'd still be being lampooned. Funny ol' world, ain't it?

Kerry announces in a speech in Arizona that he's going to eat at a local hot-spot. (Somebody in his posse found out about this spot, so Kerry added it in his speech to win a little cheap favor with the crowd.) Where did Kerry and Edwards go? To his bus, to eat delivered seafood and steak.

Kerry announces he's going to show up at a local Wendy's to eat. He gets there, takes a few photo-ops, tries to talk to 4 Marines, (who, by the way, refuse to shake his hand or talk to him) then where does he go? To his bus to eat delivered food. Kiss-ass?

His "war record." Kerry himself has made this a main part of his campaign. Kerry did. Not the mean conservatives, the vicious vast right-wing conspiracy.

    1. Why did he lie about throwing away his medals, and then, when caught in the lie, say, "Oh, uh, I was throwing away somebody else's medals."

    2. Why were 2 out of 3 of his "war wounds" self-inflicted? (One required a whole band-aid.)

    3. Why have 19 out of 23 former Swift boat veterans spoken out against Kerry?

    4. Why are there accusations of him shooting a young Vietnamese in the back as the young man ran away?

    5. Why does Kerry call any Vietnam vet that speaks out against him, a "trashy, drunk boozer"? Some Vietnam vets are probably wife-beating boozers, but Saints preserve us, Mr. Kerry would have one believe that hundreds of them are. (Never mind the connection that those vets that oppose Kerry are all boozers... Hmm.)

    6. Why did Kerry shoot a bird at that former Marine that served 3 tours in Vietnam (can't remember his name) that stepped up to Kerry at the Vietnam wall, extended his right hand, and said, "Hello Mr. Kerry, my name is _____, and I'm here to escort you away from the Vietnam wall, because you don't belong here." Did Kerry just not notice the school kids standing nearby that witnessed the whole flip-off scene? Well, to give credit, he might have been blinded by the flashing of all the cameras. (That was, by the way, the only reason he was at the wall. Another photo-op.)

    7. Why did Kerry, after being caught in yet another lie about his voting record, say, "Uh, I voted for it before I voted against it."

    8. Why has Kerry UTTERLY refused to release his military records? Bush released his. If he has done no wrong, or if the Right are making fabrications about his service, then he has nothing to fear, right?

    9. Why did Kerry vote to cut 7.5 billion dollars from funding to fight terrorism after 9-11?

    10. Rock and roll artists to pump up the DNC? I mean, it's perfectly fine to have a jammin' party, and there's no law against artists having opinions and views, and asserting them, but the whole thing just smells ...... grandiose.

    11. WHAT DOES KERRY SUPPORT?

    12. What exactly was meant when Kerry said he was going to fight "a more sensitive war on terror"?

    13. Why did Kerry announce today that if he had known that we wouldn't find WMD in Iraq, he still would have voted for us to go into that country? HELLO?!?!?!?!? This flies in the face of all the Bush-bashing that Kerry's been spewing from day one. Where does this man stand?

I'm not even going to start to compare Theresea Heinz Kerry to Laura Bush. I cringe to even put the two names in the same sentence.

That's enough. It's late, I'm tired and pissed, so I'm signing off. People, read my post, debate it, present facts, but don't hand out this motherfucking shit about "bush is a liar" whah whah "Kerry is boring, but he'd be better than bush. Bush is a dumbass, doncha think?" If you're gonna come to a gunfight, put some bullets in the motherfucking gun. See, that's the glory of standing for the side of truth. You don't have to fear the lies, the cover-up, the ever looming danger of being exposed. You don't agree with something Bush has done? Fine. Debate it. Present it as fact or opinion, whichever it should be, and let's discuss it. I don't claim Bush's shit don't stink, it's probably got a right nice odor. I don't even agree with everything he's done. I'm still up in the air about stem-cell research. I don't agree with using aborted fetuses, but there are other ways of using living human stem cells. Anyway. I'm fucking out. Bring some meat, guys. (And gals)

We're stuck between a rock and a hard place, and I have the strangest feeling that the world is going to hell, whoever we choose. ***DELETED***

Very nicely put, Retard! Thankyou for that input. I don't post in here that often and didn't want to get into this hot and heavy, but I have to say that as a Texan I am probably more familiar with George Bush's record than most and I DO think he is honest. BTW, that Daily show thing doesn't work anymore and the file may have been pulled because it was flat out full of lies. You think??? At any rate, all I've seen is a lot of evidence that Kerry is dishonest and that Bush isn't. And, speaking as a Vietnam vet myself, I don't want Kerry in the White House.

the only problem i have with kerry is how similar he is to bush. kerry is basically a toned down bush... neither are trustworthy, but at least kerry is semi-liberal.

two yale grads, money to the teeth. my dad likes kerry cause they're both nam vets, but apparently alot of vets dislike him. :/

kerry is oppossed to gay marriage, but for states' right to choose?? that's such a cop out. but that's what politicians are supposed to do, try to appeal to the masses. bow down to the majority. i don't see that in bush, he sees himself as above the wishes of the people... or maybe he's just dumb. but i don't really believe that; i believe he's just a greedy rich scumbag. and while you could say the same thing about kerry, at least we can slap him around and make him do what we want.

idk, i hate them both. but i'm not about to vote for nader.

whatever. one thing for bush; at least we finally got out of iraq. didn't do the iraqis much good, apparently their new prime minister executes prisoners, and like saddam, was an assassin for the baath party. don't quote me on any of that though, i'm no expert on iraqi politics.

anyway, all this is just leading up to: http://www.johnkerryisadouchebagbutimvo ... nyway.com/

Thanks Retard and Thanks Sinbad. I mean, I really think that it is funny that most people are voting for Kerry, only because he is not bush. No one knows his stance. He changes everyday, for instance, he voted for it before he voted against it. He wouldn't be there, but if he knew then, what he knows now, he still would have gone to Iraq.

Give me a break. At least Bush means what he says and says what he means.

    This is Kerry

Sir, you are wrong. John Kerry, in 2003, had the most liberal vote of all Congressmen. He and Ted Kennedy had almost identical voting records.

You make this out to be a bad thing, so I'm gonna challenge you. What is wrong with being a yale grad? And what is wrong with having made money?

Your dad needs to do a little research. Does your dad like the fact that Kerry served in 'Nam, then came back and joined the anti-war activists? (That's one point I forgot in my previous post.) How does your dad like being called a baby-killer by someone who used to serve in the same military? And now he wants this wishy-washy person to serve as commander-in-chief?

Retard, I wasn't attempting in any way to go for serious debate about Bush. I wouldn't be using clips from the fucking Daily Show if I were really going for an entirely serious tone. And even I occasionally botch a post. That one was pretty bad.

Oh, and asking questions about the other candidate is an excellent way to do it, you can just spit out rhetoric, but if it is in question form, you don't have to have any facts backing it up.

Kerry went to serve his country, he came back and with his new knowledge from having been there, decided it was the wrong war.

You're accusing artists of being too grandiose while Georgie gets endorsed by Arnold Swarchendeggar?

Ricikly, we're not out of Iraq. We gave them "sovereignty", they can technically ask us to leave whenever, but they know they'll fall to shit if we do. And it was our troops who were torturing those prisoners, not the Iraqi prime minister. At least I haven't heard anything of his actions.

Nothing is wrong with being a Yale grad, or coming from money, but the problem with good ole GW is he didn't earn either, Kerry has worked to maintain his own money, Georgie got smoked with some yao. Kerry got into Yale and graduated on grades. Bush is borderline retarded, he paid his way in, through, and out.

Terrorism isn't like world war II, you can't just shoot every german person. Here is, in my honest opinion, the layout of a terrorist structure:

You have a few nut jobs. They're beyond redemption, you can't do anything about them. Their stance is that everything from the Israeli-Palestinian crisis to it raining on a sunday is our fault. Normally that's no big deal, give them some Ritalin and throw them in a closet.

There aren't many truly crazy people, only a handful. However there are alot of ordinary, quite sane, individuals who dislike American foreign policies. Now disliking something isn't quite dying for it, but you know in the heat of emotion, after we bomb one of their buildings, or say there's nothing wrong with the Israelis sacking a village, they might start to listen to the crazy motherfuckers.

And so the numbers grow. Remember Wacco? That's what it would be like, except that we piss off pluralities of the citizens. Apply Wacco on a city sized scale and what do you get? That's right, Fallujah.

I'm not trying to justify their actions. But in order to stop them you need to UNDERSTAND their actions. Because of trigger X, American actions they perceive as unjust, effect Y, terrorism, is resulted. Now just because effect Y is horridly unjust in itself doesn't change the equation. We need to remove trigger X. And invading sovereign countries on little intelligence is a mighty big trigger.

Don't even go into lying retard. I'm advising you quite honestly. Because the facts on John Kerry don't quite add up to George Bush's, and you WILL lose that argument.

    Hi Pot. I'm Kettle.

Where are your facts about Kerry's great service? Where are your facts about Bush's botched presidency? Show some, and then we can debate. That's the usual order of things....

I'm just here because I thought it would be fun. I'm not an American but don't think that will stop me. Besides, I need to kill some time while I do a few backups. :)

I felt retards erm... "handling of the truth" needed to be put into perspective.

What has Bush done in his several years as Governor of Texas and President of the United States?

So you can't vote for him because he decided to skip two places where he seems to have been insulted and eaten somewhere quieter and possibly creating less of a confrontational situation?

Why did Bush lie about Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq and risk the lives of 150,000 Americans?

Do you know what's required to win a Purple Heart? If those claims could be substantiated, Kerry wouldn't have won them and would likely have the medals stripped. If you're saying the system behind the Purple Heart is flawed, hey guess what? You're talking about a lot of soldiers with them thar medals you're insulting.

    Enjoy the read, Mr. Factsâ„¢

... and as opposed to soldiers who only have a graze on their legs?

Why has 1 out of 1 former terrorists aides claimed Bush manufactured the war in Iraq? Why are families of men and women serving in Iraq speaking out against Bush?

Why are there accusations Bush fabricated the war with Iraq and insisted "evidence" be found to make Iraq a target? Why are there accusations that Bush helped the Bin Laden family flee the country when they should've been questioned about any knowledge of Osama's whereabouts?

Where are your Factsâ„¢ to back this up?

No credible news site on the internet (CNN / BBC?) has decided to report this? In fact, no-one has reported this? I'd think it'd be a pretty big thing if Kerry's called hundreds of vietnam veterans "trashy, drunk boozers".

    Wouldn't you?

This ones easy, he did it because he was insulted. He showed like all human beings, it's easy to forget the cameras and feel angry when someone does something which is idiotic and wholly undeserved to you. ;)

Interesting you left some of the story out though... It's always a good idea to have all the facts, don't you think?

Wow. A man who beats up other people. What a respectful, decent man.

Why did Bush lie that he served in the National Guard? I mean, the guy went AWOL for a year. Read the full story here. Why have Bush's advisers also lied about Bush's record re: Veitnam?

    What, you mean these?
    Kerry releases military records
    Kerry releases military records
    Kerry Releases Records
    Kerry Campaign Provides Military Records
    Kerry Releases Navy Records
Military Records on John Kerry's Campaign Site

Wow. That was back on April 22nd 2004. A bit behind the times are we retard?

In all the billions of dollars that have been spent, where is the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks? Where is Osama Bin Laden? Why have more troops been put into Iraq than were EVER in Afghanistan? Who is Iraq a greater priority than the country where Osama had his main base of operations and a country he still has strong links to? If he's not in Afghanistan, then he's just over the border. Why aren't more troops in Afghanistan patrolling the border?

    Your point being...?

    http://www.johnkerry.com/index.html

It's all right there. Why don't you go have a read, seeing as you're just so eager to find out?

What *exactly* in God's Holy name did Bush mean when he said:

    Need I go on?

Well, according to one of his advisers: [Kerry would've] voted to hold [former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein] accountable and continues to believe that it was the right thing to do. After witnessing the way in which the president went to war, Senator Kerry voted against the $87 billion because it was wrong to give a blank check to the president for a failed policy.

A man who lied about throwing away his medals versus a man who lied on several counts and sent an entire nation to war?

You might want to stop firing blanks. ;)

I count 3. By the way, when did you get a capital R in your name?

Now if you'll excuse me, my backup's just about done. :)

Bush IQ is zero(0) zero square is still zero, zero cuded is still zero.He slept thought most of his classes in Yale and his old man has to use his influence to get him his degree, or he have to do certain sexually favor for female teacher to past the class.
