I forgot her name, but she said she wanted the essence of will o' the wisp, and I managed to get an essence from a blue one, is that the one she wants? or is it supposed to be another? where do I find them, just by looking around the glimmering forest?

 

Yes that's the one. I think her name's Whysper. You can find them by killing wisps in the Glimmering Forest. Welcome to the forum!!!

 

you needed the essence of volars wisp. It should be in your quest log.

i found a bunch of them at the lost lagoon north of caladen on the eastern coast. It will say Vlars(sp?) essence not just willow-wisp

 

They are supposed to only be found in the glimmering forest area. They are the only blue wisp essense.

Mabye that's why I never found one. Whysper made it sound like you only find them in the forest, and thats the only place I ever found will-o-wisps. I have never found Volar's wisp though. I was just saying what I read in the game.

 

you can only get them at the lagoon... and in your inventory they will be called volar's...

 

I ransacked the damned forrest for 20 game days and didnt find one flippin volar whisp

 

You can unload one of the regular wisps at the Tarant black market.

I always get my volar's wisps at the lagoon.

 

The guy you get Gar from has one locked in his chest. I discovered that in one of my thieving exploits.
