    Call me cold but these days terrorist attacks in the news just don't phase me, I've seen to many of them to care anymore.

    Still, commiserations to the victims and their families.

    I can understand where Vorak is... it just doesn't cut as deep as it did when I hear about that... I would love to see these wars ended, but I'm fairly certain that, without some form of genocide, they never will. I think the West needs to just remove itself from the area, and let them destroy themselves. Unhindered.

    Yeah, but if we leave, we can't have their oil. The problem with withdrawing is that the developed nations have stuck their dick so far into it, they've become part of what happens there for better or for worse, and history will judge any attempt to pretend we had nothing to do with it.

    We need their oil its as simple as that, the day the oil runs dry we'll pull out and leave them alone.

    The only thing these stories make me feel is a fleeting concern about whether I'm going to get deployed to the region. I then assuage myself by saying, "Well, maybe I'll get to shoot someone."
