Teleportation problem

Whenever I try to teleport it says "You have lost your concentration". I have 65 MA, so I don't know why this would happen.

Also, can someone please tell me what exactly is the recipe for Mechained Gun?

Mechanized gun:

1 Hunting Rifle + Revolver Parts = 1 Repeater Rifle
1 Repeater Rifle + Auto Loading Chamber (iirc) = Mechanized Gun

if done right Repair Master will make it for you if you bring him parts. he is probably later game than when you want it tho.
