just figured why keep corrupting the flash thread... so anyway... I can't connect to the gamesurge irc server once again, what the fuck is going on? I can connect to the gamesnet server, but no one is in any of the rooms. Gamesurge just wont open, any possible explanations? I've disconnected and reconnected to the internet a few times, and gave the modem a few wacks with a ballpein hammer, but alas, no results.
well, gamesnet's dead, so that's kind of a waste of time... other than that, i can't help you. have you checked the gamesurge website?
www.gamesurge.net I believe. Check the instructions there - they're pretty clear. Alternatively, look at the IRC link on the front page, and substitute gamesurge for gamesnet. It's really not that hard.
That's what I was figuring, actually. They always bitch and complain about how useless we are, and then when something breaks, or when something heavy needs lifting, they come running to us with puppy-dog eyes.
that'd be my normal course of action, but since my man is several states away, i guess i'll have to figure something else out...
