You can mock him for long, but if you could say anything about Catholic Church, wait... he can go to his government and you would be... in poor condition after while. After a Cold War you have to recognise that Slavic people can be dangerous if they want...

To be completely frank, there's not much of a story except the plague was originally spread from a dog to the mailman (the dog was acting funny and took a half pound of flesh from the man's backside). Then, when the mailman got back from the hospital he was walking the streets with a glazed over look in his eyes (which were ringed with crusty blood), and he attacked one of your neighbors, who in turn died rapidly from blood loss...and then woke up and attacked someone else.
Very simple zombie post apocalyptic story. The goal of the game is to get from one town to the next, and you do that by getting missions from houses with white flags (i.e. only take those houses over, because by taking over a neutral house, you get missions whenever you want). Only the white flagged houses progress the story, and their missions range from "escort person A to person B by 8:45 tomorrow night", to "there's a giant zombie hunting me through the town, you have to kill it!"
The fun comes from the variety of weapons in the game, and balancing your relationships with certain factions. Also, take over a certain level house (from 1 to 15), and the level will become your party's weapon level. However, your level progression only goes up, so if you take over a level 12 house, then take over a level 6 house, your weapon level stays at 12.
At level 15, pretty much all of your party members will come equipped with a SAW (squad automatic weapon), and sometimes you'll get a nutter with what looks like a normal pistol, except it's red and shoots fucking lasers! Lasers that go through sandbags!
Of course, that's just my opinion of why the game's fun. It just might be too simple a premise to tickle your fancy, DE.

 

Is the game online?

 

No, it's a single player game.
I think the closest you can get to multiplayer is showing screenshots of your highest score in Arcade Mode.

 

Hmm, I would be interested in online games. Survival Horror Online games... Mmmm... Something like Urbandead.com

 

No, urbandead is a letdown. I was betrayed by an entire house of people. I fortified a house that I found, and left it slightly un-fortified to let people in. I left the house for a few minutes to get experience from killing zombies, and when I came back...the house was completely fortified, and I couldn't get back in. Then a fireman killed me.
As a zombie, I was constantly killed by other zombies. I mean, what the hell? Play your part, people!

 

Oh yeh, how do you fire in this game anyway?

 

Personally, I fire by using my mouse...
But you can change your controls in the main menu

 

Well, I just found out it was CTRL from the readme.exe. Fun game

 

You should go to Gross's monthy gothic killing seminars where he shows you the latest in zombie mutilating weapons and then you get to go on a "look like a gothic" killing spree, in a different location each month. Send him $59.95 for a fulll life membership.
