The only latin sentence I know:

    Quis custodiet ipsos custodes

"Who watches the watchmen", not really fitting, but I like it anyway!

I think Terry Pretchett had some quite fun quotes in latin, but I only remember the translation: "I came, I got an embarrassing disease, I ran away". I'll see if I might be able to find the quote.

The problem with Pratchett is that he often uses stuff which sounds like Latin, but is actually nonsense (like "Fabricati diem, pvnc" i.e. "Make my day, punk".) So be careful with that (unless you'd rather have a cool Pratchett quote instead of actual working Latin, which is not such a bad idea...)

Works for me. It's accuallt a littl bit sad that i can't studie latin at school. Okey, it's probably boring, but it's not that bad when you understand it.

Di! Ecce hora! Uxor mea me necabit!
God, look at the time! My wife will kill me!

Sentio aliquos togatos contra me conspirare.
I think some people in togas are plotting against me.

    Sona si Latine loqueris.
    Honk if you speak Latin.

Heh. At the moment I'm Raptus regaliter: Royally screwed.

    Demum, veniunt porci
At last, here come the pigs

    Me transmitte sursum, Caledoni!
    Beam me up, Scotty!

    Ecce potestas casei
    Behold the power of cheese

    Nucleo predicus dispella conducticus.
    Remove foil before microwaving.

Mind you I don't know how true any of those are. They're just random "funny latin phrases" googling.

I would have thought the cheese one was about potatoes.

Think casei = queso = cheese.

Not potestas = potatoes. (Compare potency, instead.)

    I am honoured, sir.

Maybe the rad symbol inside of the Gear....
Must start tooling on the flag again. BTW, did anyone
come up with a half-descent latin phrase they liked?
There's a lot of suggestions, but no real concensous.

    How's this?

Okay, it's a little saturated and the black outline of the signs really interferes with the black background, but who cares?

The Red is too red, needs to be Maroon like the background here.

I'd have a go at a flag but my limited allegiance to graphic design lies elsewhere at the moment.
