Certain unnamed persons have been ruining good roleplaying threads in the Role-Playing Forum, this is a suggestion that I posted there (under the Topic: 'Oh no roleplaying forum is dieing!'). I thought it would be more appropriate to post it here as well... As a suggestion to fix the problem.

The person who creates the thread (The Creator) has COMPLETE control over that thread. Ie, they can:

    - Remove unwanted posts (for whatever reason)
    - Ban certain people from participating in that thread
    - Edit ANY post in the thread in order to make the story flow better. (Simple spelling corrections or changing certain actions. Ie, where you have a person jump in and kill everyone, The Creator could alter that post to say 'Jumped in a shot himself dead' and then ban the person if The Creator so chooses.... Okay, bad example).

Certainly, these would need some more PHP coding (I think), but it would enable The Creator(s) to have more control over their story and essentially their world. Thus enabling, stupid, worthless posts to be removed and giving everyone a better role-playing experience.

I suggest you PM Oyarsa about this matter. The current active staff members such as myself or Calis already have alot of other work. If all else fails, the Creator(resident DM of the thread) could pm me if he/she wants editing/deleting changes made. Banning a person from a specific thread is.. well, I haven't seen it before.
