Strangest sex related laws

    Just found a list of weirdest sex related laws, quoted from the German "Bild" newspaper

    1)Britain: inviting a woman who you have only just met to have sex with you may result in up to 3 months in prison (makes me wonder if flirting in a pub is at all legal there)

    2)Russia: it is illegal to kiss in public. Those who do it may be fined.

    3)US: in Louisiana women are not allowed to buy condoms. In California it is forbidden to advertize condoms.

    4)Ireland: here even USING condoms is illegal.

    5)Hawaii: if a girl under 18 has sex with a man older than 18, her parents may be punished by up to 3 years of forced labour for the benefit of the state.

    6)Hungary: in Budapest it is illegal to have the lights on while having sex. That includes candle light.

    7)Italy: in Palermo only women are allowed to be completely naked on a beach. It is illegal for men to take their swimming trunks off in public.

    8)Italy again: in Tropea it is illegal for women who are ugly, fat or in any other way unpleasant looking to be naked in public, particularly on a beach.

    9)Sweden: it is forbidden to take photos of yourself naked in the automatic instant photo cabins. However, it is legal to take pictures of yourself topless or "bottomless", and then stick the two together.

    10)China: staring at the naked legs of a woman (who doesn't necesserily have to be naked) is punishable by several days of prison. (I guess that makes mini skirts a police provocation :lol: )

    11)Israel: porn is banned. Watching porn on satellite TV may be punished by up to 3 years in prison

    12)Estonia: it is illegal to play chess while having sex :roll:

    This could be some safeguard to stop prostitution, but is still quite strange.

    The price we paid for the fact that a few years back a certain religious party with only 4 MPs in total happened to be the one who state budget voting depended upon :roll: Until then, we had three late night porn channels on TV and nobody seemed to be suffering from it...

    ...which, if I'm not horribly mistaken, is still a part of Italy.

    Of course, my horrendously outdated geographical knowledge can't be expected to be even close to that of todays marvellous 13-year-olds... :roll:

    Its not forbidden, we have a stupid character who gives young teens condoms before they have sex. His name is the trojan man. Hell in some Ca. highschools they hand them out like candy to prevent the enormous amount of teen mothers
