Well, I don't eat any gourmet cheeses, or any cheeses esides American, so I don't know about what happens to anything else past a week, I just know last time I ate some aged American I was lucky to escape with my life.

Look, if I sounded like a prick I'm sorry. I didn't think what he did was really bad at all, and above all, he had a point. It's not like I'm holding anything against him, I was just letting him know for the future that after a week or so of no one saying anything in a topic, at least I think, it's pretty much dead.
