    That is... quite epic. XD
The movies tolerable, in my opinion, but the books were atrocious. I managed to listen to half a page of one before cracking up laughing.

What really bothers me about the books is this:

There are a metric fuckload of young women (and indeed older women) who are viewing the dysnfunctional relationship between Edward and Bella as being perfect, flawless and wonderful. This is NOT COOL. I can promise you, Twilight is gonna be responsible for a lot of relationship neuroses and divorces over the next couple of decades...

Unfortunately there will be too few suicides prior to conception, thus the gene poor will become even more corrupted.

Practically all the members of womankind in my class talk about this Twillight nonsense. I haven't even bothered to look up on what the hell it is, and I strongly suspect that I'm all the better off for it.

Edit: I MADE A GRAMMAR ERROR!!!!!!!!

Yes, you are. Oh, the wonderful days before I cracked the cover of Twilight... Colours seemed brighter, somehow, and children ran barefoot and laughing in the streets...

And ran right into you burning pits? Because otherwise I can't see how that picture will make you happy.

Nah. Happy kids are more fun to destroy as they become adults, that's all.

Stephenie Meyer is become Death, the shatterer of Worlds.

I do, however, have one comfort to offer in a somewhat annoyingly formal manner - simply because I feel like it. Once said happy kids become adults, every illusion of natural body-glitter and controlling vampire boyfriends will have reigned down heavily with disappointment and will have taken its toll. They'll never be content, often depressed by their partner's human habits, and their life's whoring around in search of someone who doesn't exist, and verily will I bear this countenance in schadenfreude:

    ^_^

*follows Minuos' trail of thought, looking more and more amused...*

Dear god, that's the most wonderful thought I've had in ages. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. *happy sigh* *files the thought away for those dark moments when the Twilight girls get going again* Class is gonna be a lot more tolerable now.

(Having said which, thanks to Saturday's episode of Dirty Jobs, I'm planning to inform a couple of makeup abusers in my class precisely how they get the grease for their precious cosmetics. :D )

Xiao... Your apparent liking for the disillusionment of others makes me very happy. You're full of surprises, from references to Red Dwarf to your no-truths-barred attitude towards others. It's amazingly refreshing. So nice to know I'm not crazy, or am not the only one to be crazy, at least.

    *Drifts in thought.* Mmm...genocide.

Alright, break it up. If you want to worship her, please do it privately. There's only so much open affection I can take before I vomit. It's a side-effect of too much marriage...

*bow* One does one's best. Seriously, though, Red Dwarf is one of the greatest things to ever grace the TV screen and frankly playing hacky sack with the psyches of morons is one of the few pleasures I can get both legally and without risking losing my driver's licence. (At this point, may I just say a big fat FUCK YOU to the Australian government? Of course I may.)

I'm not so much into genocide though, not as much as I'm in favour of just outright sterlizing the fucking stupid.

You may indeed. Although, I won't pry as to why that may be, and I'll ignore the slight clues on the grounds that I'm used to minding my own business. Must agree though with your take on Red Dwarf, and the circle-running you force upon the mental processes of idiots. Good times, truly.

To take into account no measure of going too far, and argue my case on genocide however, I quote the definition from dictionary.com; Genocide - the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group. Morons, or Homo-Fatuus in Latin, are their very own political culture of parasites. Their biggest decisions are food and clothes choices. Once they're eliminated, and once I have my sexy throne, they'd be but a drop in the stocks of fast food and commercial fashion industries, and the world would be a more enjoyable place for those with independent thought. What fun.

Thus, I'd proclaim myself God of Misjudgment until the proper authorities got a hold of me. Come that time, I'd proclaim 'oh noes.'

Then I clearly haven't told you about the shrine I've dedicated to you in my home. Oh sure, there's certainly the standard bunch of candles, incense, chalked pentagram and goat n' knife kind of deal, but the most important part is the wall where I keep all the photos of you, most of them stolen from your friends and relatives or taken from within the thorny bush on the lawn beneath your bedroom window.

I'VE DONE ALL OF THIS FOR YOU YUKI, YET YOU WON'T REWARD ME FOR MY EFFORTS!

I always knew you were insane, but damn.

Anyway Yuki beware, at one time he sent me a map with my house marked and the message "I know where you live." Of course I decided I should move after that incident, but still.
