Some trouble....

    Durring instalation the program said that it couldn't find Arcanum3.dat, I clicked retry many times but to no avail. After the instalation completed I started the game, but when the loading screen came up it instantly blacked out and then closed. If any of you have some ideas to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

    bootleg copies do this!

    If its an original then try installing from different cd drive.

    the problem is that its a 9 meg file and most isps won't let that go through!

    You need somebody thats got a website and put it up there for you to download.

    Do you have 2 cd and put the first cd in the first drive and the second in the second drive ?

    You need to install Arcanum from ONE cd .

    Otherwise it will not detect the files but because you have the other cd in too it does not warn you.

    Thanks Chris! Thats what I did, didn't know that would cause such problems. Now time to exterminate all life in Arcanum! :D

    I don't know chris......I've been installing from two drives always. One a cdrw and the other a dvdr.


    But hey if it works either way, no problem.
