Did anyone else see that Kylie Kwong thing where she went around Asia and tried to pretend like she liked the food? It was so obvious she hated it and was trying desperately to be nice... Plus, damn, that bitch can't cook.

I do have a little bit of a soft spot for Consuming Passions. It doesn't buy into most of the 'wonky camera crap cooking' B.S. that is becoming entirely too common.

And Gordon Ramsey can be an utter prick, but I enjoy his Kitchen Nightmares series and the guy obviously knows his stuff inside out. I have one of his cookbooks and the food in it is just mouthwateringly good.

 

Asian Food isn't that great, but it's a great bargain for being able to feed a family of 36 on under $1 a day!

And yeah, Ramsey is a jerkoff. Has anybody seen the youTube video of him bursting into some restauranteer's kitchen and screaming at everybody because he didn't like his potatoes?

 

I don't think there is a single cooking-related reason he didn't scream at somebody about.

 

I do like him for calling Tracey Grimshaw a fat lesbian pig.

And what's wrong Asian food? I've been looking for a sushi bar down here for ages.

 

I eat an Asian meal and an hour or so later I'm famished again.

 

I like Thai food (or at least the milder stuff) and I love sushi with an all-consuming passion. I'm grabbing some for dinner later, Thursday is 'nobody in the house can be bothered to cook so just go buy whatever' night.

And Tracy Grimshaw deserves everything she gets, the evil bitch.

I think half the reason I like Ramsey is because he's a sweary bastard...
