sold my Kathorn Crystal.. where do i get more?

Ok im stupid but i sold my Kathorn Crystal i need to make the glasses to go to the Wheel Clan.. where can i get more?

 

welcome to the forum billandkris and it depends on how many crystals you sold and who to, there are several locations you get them from (don't remember right now but someone will) and some stores hang on to items you sell them so if you remember where go back and see if they have it good luck

 

ancient shipwreck
mysterious maze
tarant sewers
the lair if beelagorin
ancient temple
elven ruins
they are very common and mostly random in chests but in any of these locations you are very likly to find some.

 

The crystals are quite common, the real trick is finding black diamonds :smile:

 

you only need one in the entire game, so you would have to be really unlucky not to find any. or sell off all the ones you found.
the worst thing would be with the liitanii
or the lava rock. sell those off and its bye-bye megabless

 

OH SHIZ-NIT. Don't tell me I need lava rock....

 

where do you get black diamonds from?, i'm up to that point in the god's quest

 

The location revealed on the 3rd stingy pete quest has at least one lying around. Hmm, you say you need them? 'cos I was only interested to make an offering to the evil god with it, to see what it brings :smile:.

 

that's what i need it for, to make an offering to get a blessing which gives you +1 to backstab and prowl
*edit* also where do you find bone daggers for same reason

that is what you need it for,
if you lay offering in correct order, you will be mega blessed at the end. If you don't make it in the corrrect order and want to restart the offering you will find yourself with the shortage of the items that are rare or even unique that are used in the blessings

 

Get bone daggers from Orc Bandits or Kites (Kite swords).

 

that is the least troublesome item neede for the offering. then again, I was laughing one time with this other guy that we gathered all our mnura coins because we though we migh come accross some ancient slot machine that will give us the "ultimate power" turned out they are (except for an offering) quite useless.

kite swords don't work as offerings, at least in my games, also where do i find orc bandits, can't remember where i found them previously

Hmmm. I didn't think Kite swords would work either, but TA said they would. I tried it and they did. I'm patchless, so maybe that's it.
I've also gathered bone daggers (real ones) from skeletons in the Panarii Temple in Caladon.

Thanks for all the help guys... finally got past that... any chance anyone knows where to get the Black Diamonds... i have not gotten one yet.. need it for the gods quest.. if anyone knows please let me know..

 

You need it much later in the game. Don't worry, you'll find one eventually.

I made a huge mistake the other day - make sure that all the altars and stuff are fixed and working properly before killing everyone...twas a sad day when I realised that my evil half-elf couldn't complete the gods quest because he hadn't fixed the Geshtianna altar, and he'd killed the only person who could...

 

There's always one at the Ancient Maze.That's the earliest you can get one coz Stingy Petes quest was were most of the diamonds are (Bangellian Deeps)

Kite swords didn't work for me also, so I always buy the reaper axe, or get the bone daggers from Caladon sewers..

Ok... so now i got all the stuff for the gods quest.. however after finishing the first 3 circles... i cant get to the vendigroth ruins... cant cross the river.. is there a way... or do i have to wait untill later in the main quest(im in Tsen-ang).

 

There's a small thing called "Gateway to the Wastes" Don't worry, you get told about it. You shall complete the gods quest in due course :smile:.
