This old (about 40ish) chinese guy lives across the street from me. His living room window directly faces my bedroom window.

So anyway, I happen to look out my window and I notice him standing there looking directly into my bedroom. Since my blinds were open the whole time, I figured he could've just been staring at me for a while. And get this, he has no shirt on and from what I could see, he has his hands in his crotchular region. For all I know, he's completely naked, because the bottom of his window is at waist level.

This was a while ago. Since then, I've noticed him doing the same thing on a couple of other occasions. Standing in his window, looking directly into my bedroom, naked (at least from what I could tell), with both hands not in view, but suspiciously close to his crotch.

Anyone have any advice for me? Any tricks I could pull to fuck with his head a little?

I don't want to give him the wrong impression. I just want to mess with his head. Let him know that I know he's watching me without going so far as confronting him in person, preferably letting him know what a wacked out perv I think he is in the process.

But... On second thought, if he isn't the pervert that I think he is, and he's just a fucking weirdo who likes watching me, then doing what you suggested would mess with his head. I'll consider it. Maybe I'll do it later on if he's still watching me.

If you wanna mess with his head, invite some friends around and line up side by side at the window, staring at his house. Do it a few days running, and he'll go crazy.

Or, you could take some photos of him while he is staring. Make sure you use a nice obvious camera with a big flash, so he knows you're doing it.

You could get one of the pics of him blown up to poster size and tack it to your window. That'd give him something to stare at.

if this guy's doing it around the same time each time you notice him, prepare for it by wearing dresses and makeup or even uniforms ie nurses, than pretnd that he's not even there, hell you just might brighten up his day a little... it's good to think of others.

You guys are nuts. I'm not going to close my blinds. Where's the fun in that? This is a golden opportunity. It's like when telemarketers call. A perfect opportunity to mess around with someone. And regarding my parents... I'm not going to call them up and ask them to drive all the way down to my place because I have a weird neighbor. I'm a big boy now, I can handle it.

Anyway, I think I've decided on a course of action. First I'm going to mix up some flour and water. Get it to just the right consistency (if you know what I mean). Then I'm going to fill one of those bicycle water bottles with it and hold it out of view, just below the windowsill. Then I'm going to stand in my window with my shirt off, just like him, with my hands suspiciously close to my crotch and stare straight into his living room.

If and when I catch him staring at me again, I'll just stare right back. Then after a few minutes, I'll start pumping the water bottle sending the milky white fluid all over my window in spurts. Make it wild looking, too. Like it's uncontrollable, just nutting everywhere.

How he reacts to that will help me decide my next course of action.

Besides, if this was some sort of anime, then the first time I saw him looking at me, I'd make an exaggerated squinty-eyed face and my mouth would go all straight. Then exclamation points would pop out over my head when I noticed he was naked, and a single giant sweatdrop would slowly trickle down the back of my head.

Then his tentacles would fly out across the street and rape me.
