    1) Create a virus that only targets a certain genetic makeup but is harmless to everyone else.

    2) Make sure that said virus cannot mutate and backfire on yourself.

    3) Pick a continent which is easy to defend and has vast natural resources.

    4) Unleash virus.

    5) Go there and build your empire.

So basically, you're telling him to create FOXDIE. You're sick. Can I help?

Actually, if I recall the vaguely-listened-to article that my whack-job ex told me, if everyone cut meat out of one day a week, and reduced it to only one meal a day for the rest of the week, the cut in eviromental impact would be enormous. I think we just need to turn the Moon into a farm.

    Soylent Green is people!!
    Soylent Green is people!!

    One problem with that.
    Mutation.
I've seen the the Andromeda Strain(well the original, not the remake). I know all about mutation. Michael Crichton told me so.

Piper's sure-fire way of at least feeling better from a terrible flu before the end of the week.

    1. Water when you can.
    2. Salty chips to help with the water when you can't.
    3. Vitamin C, in pills or fruits (but be careful you don't take too many tablets in one go).
    4. High energy, easily digestible food - honey sandwhiches, congee, oats - when you can.
    5. High energy, low fibre food - soups (particularly chicken or beef broth), candy you can suck on (NOT chew and swallow) - when you can't.
    6. Bed, couch, or something comfy, with a blanket.
    7. Cold cloth, or something to cool you down at regular intervals.
    8. Socks on your feet to keep the circulation going.
    9. Paracetemol for increased bloodflow; antihistemine if you need to breathe through at least one nostril, codeine when you need to sleep.
    10. Fresh air through the window.

Edit: ... and I just realised that there were three more pages after the first page. *sigh*.
    Feel better soon, Xiao!

Xiao: Speaking of flu and you being sick...
    You been handling any swine?
Seriously, though, only medical tests can tell the difference between regular and swine flu.
Then again, you have the timeframe in your favor.

Not swine flu, just normal flu. I'm doing a lot better, but I have this fucking lingering cough that made Chemistry today very interesting indeed... I thought I was going to accidentally blow the building up, even though we weren't working with anything explosive.

I'm pretty sure me and the kids have got the swine kind. We went to the fair and had great oodles of fun at the petting zoo, only to come home and read about the newest health scare. Luckily it doesn't look like it's that big a deal; no American deaths, or anything, only danger-zone with the under 6 months and over 65 age groups, so I'm not worried, just miserable.

Just be sure that if they do have a fever to keep them at home; no point going to school/work and spreading it for a day's work.

Well, they're too young for school, and I don't start work till the 15th, so no worries. Oh! That reminds me! I got hired!

Congratulations! Now you can begin your children's work for them, and spread swine flu! It'll make apocalypse so much easier. :)
