Smuel's good morning extravaganza

Last night I dreamt that, in typical movie fashion, I was a lone hero trying to sabotage an evil villain's scheme. It involved sneaking around an industrial warehouse dropping bits of shredded aluminium foil (which I totally copied from Breaking Bad, yo) and later, when that had run out, random bits of metal I found lying around, into his chemical vats of evil scheming. Even as I was dreaming this, another part of my brain was going "Hang on, wasn't the aluminium only acting as a catalyst in Breaking Bad, so adding more isn't going to change the composition of the end product? And these other bits of metal are likely to be relatively inert. As a means of sabotage, this makes no sense."

Then the dream devolved into a slapstick fight with the evil villain's minions. Yeah, take that, higher brain functions!

I finally got Internet connection in my room. It's a good morning.

 

I just managed to book tickets for one of the Monty Python live reunion shows, jealous much? Having said that, I had to wait in a virtual queue for hours and got booted from it once so I've hardly had a good morning, plus I had to pay over what I wanted for tickets as there was bugger all left, plus you only have a few minutes in which to actually buy your tickets before your slot times out making it quite a stressful experience. In any case, my lack of a good morning doesn't stop me from wishing others a good morning...

But still, I shan't.

I woke up with a kidney stone this morning, but after about four hours the severe pain subsided. Now I'm ready to stuff my face with turkey.
